I have been where you are

My Story
At 22, with a degree in psychology and a sense of adventure, I left France for Spain — not knowing it would be the beginning of a life built across borders. Fifteen years later, I followed my husband to Belgium, then back to France, and eventually to the United States. Seven moves in one city. New countries. New languages. New versions of myself.
Along the way, I experienced what so many expats and accompanying partners know too well — the excitement of a new beginning mixed with the quiet grief of what you leave behind. The professional gaps. The loss of identity. The loneliness. The invisible work of keeping a family grounded while your own roots are constantly being uprooted.
My transformation
Those experiences didn’t just shape me — they became my purpose. I slowly rebuilt myself, professionally and personally. I retrained as a Spanish teacher, then as a career consultant, then as a certified professional coach. I discovered EFT and it transformed the way I work with emotions and transitions. I recently completed my certification as an EFT Practitioner to bring an even deeper level of support.
Today, I combine everything I have lived and learned to walk alongside others who are navigating their own crossroads.
Certifications et expertise
With a degree in psychology, I am a certified professional coach, EFT and LaHoChi practitioner, career assessment specialist, and co-development facilitator. I work with my clients in French, English, and Spanish, with a specialization in intercultural and life transitions.
My philosophy
I believe that every transition – however painful or disorienting – carries within it the seed of a deeper version of yourself. My role is not to tell you who to be or where to go. It is to create a safe, personalized, and trustful space where you can find your own answers, your own relief, and your own strength.
Testimonials
“A very positive experience. Your approach is compassionate and non-judgmental -qualities I truly appreciate. Your understanding of personal challenges is remarkably nuanced, insightful, and empathetic; you perfectly tailor your practice to address these issues individually, helping them lose their hold over the person you are guiding.” Isabel, USA
“From our very first interaction, I felt completely at ease and confident with Sarah. The quality of her listening, the pertinence of her questions, and the care she takes to provide just the right responses create an atmosphere conducive to transparency -one that encourages the sharing of information that is often deeply buried. This allows for much deeper therapeutic work, ultimately leading to the desired results.” Karine, Canada
